In my 11 years as a Salon Design Consultant with Cosmoprof, I have never came across a more valuable tool to interact with my customers than when Veeco introduced me to their Go To Design Meeting program. It was surreal, and so technologically advanced that it made the design easy and fun!It allowed several of us to all log in through our phones and computers at the same time and share in the salon equipment design. In just 3-4 sessions the design was complete. Without this feature, we would have gone back and forth numerous times and there would have been a lot of confusion and much more room for error! This program was like an “insurance” policy against any delayed or unforeseen errors since it required the designers and the clients to all work together and see what was being constructed at the same time!
